RTX 5080 graphics
A powerful tool for creatives, this graphics card is among the best for 4K gaming. The RTX 5080 is based on Nvidia’s new Blackwell architecture and has 16GB of upgraded GDDR7 memory. This indicates that the upcoming 5th-generation tensor cores will greatly increase AI performance, while the most recent 4th-generation ray-tracing cores will greatly improve ray-tracing capabilities. Additionally, there is MFG upscaling, which is unique to the 50-series and significantly increases apparent framerates. For a more thorough analysis, see our complete review.
Intel Core i9-14900KF processor
With a very high boost clock speed of 6GHz, a sizable 36MB L3 cache, and an impressively high core and thread count of 24 and 32, the i9-14900KF is one of the most powerful processors available from the 14th-generation Intel lineup. It is a good choice for demanding multitasking as well as 1440p and 4K gaming. For additional information, see our complete review here.
Memory (RAM and storage)
As is generally the case with most RTX 5080 PCs, this setup has a good 32GB of DDR5, which is perfect for gaming, multitasking, and running demanding creative programs. Additionally, there is a sizable 2TB SSD, which is probably the ideal size for the majority of users and offers enough of space for games and other big files, such as 4K video.
Things to consider
Considering the cost of this high-end configuration, it could be worthwhile to investigate alternative CPU options. Although the i9-14900 is a fast CPU, it runs hot and is built on the outdated LGA 1700 socket. If you wish to move to the Intel Core Ultra series, you’ll need to get a new motherboard that supports the LGA 1851 socket. In summary, compared to some other RTX 5080 models, this PC isn’t quite as future-proof. Check out some RTX 5080 and Ryzen 9 9900X3D models for something a little more future-proof for about the same price if you want great gaming performance but something with a high core and thread count.

Pixel Watch 4 – one of the best smartwatches on the market
Google has included a number of fitness and health-related features in the Pixel Watch 4. We’re talking about more than 40 activity modes that allow you to log a variety of activities and receive real-time performance data on your wrist. Light stretches should be done first thing in the morning, cardio should be done at midday, and after work, you should do a fast run. Additionally, the watch has high-precision dual-frequency GPS, which allows you to trace your journey more precisely while hiking and running.
In terms of health, the watch offers important health measures like SpO2, HRV, and more, coupled with Google’s most precise heart rate tracking and sleep insights. The best part is that it’s intelligent enough to recognize a lack of pulse and instantly alert emergency personnel via geostationary satellites, which can be useful in distant areas. The aerospace-grade aluminum housing, which shields it from normal wear and tear, provides stability. The Pixel Watch 4 is ideal for certain aquatic excursions because it can withstand water up to 50 meters.
Gemini is integrated, making it simple to use the smart assistant for a number of purposes without taking out your phone. Throughout the day, you may use it to make playlists, conduct fast searches, receive suggestions for replies, and much more. The battery lasts about 40 hours on a single charge, which is relevant to day-long use. That is more than sufficient to avoid having to top it off for a few days.

Having a stand for your iPad or any other type of tablet can be helpful for a number of reasons. One such stand is this one from LISEN, which is now on sale at Amazon. If you were to purchase this laptop stand at its full retail price, it would typically cost $17.99. But right now, Amazon is selling it for just $10.49, saving you $6.50. For an accessory that typically costs less than $20, we think that’s quite excellent.
LISEN stand tablet holder for desk
Folds flat for travel accessories and holds whatever angles you need, sturdy durable and easy to store
The fact that this stand isn’t limited to the iPad is one of the qualities that makes it such a great choice. Numerous tablets and other gadgets will be compatible with it. Devices as little as 4 inches and as large as 15.9 inches are supported. As a result, you could use this for both your phone and, if you’d want, a tiny laptop. According to LISEN, this stand can hold up to 10 kg, or around 22 pounds. Thus, even though it isn’t specifically made for laptops, it might function.
Angle adjustment is also supported by this stand. People of all heights can use the stand because you can tilt it to suit your favorite viewing position. Better still, this stand doesn’t weigh much and folds down to a rather handy size. Thus, you may fold it up and put it in your bag.

Google added a few entertaining updates for 2025, making the Pixel Watch 4 a watch winner. After a year of availability, the Pixel Watch 3 is not far behind it, and if you go shopping for it now, it’s quite affordable.

The Google Pixel Watch 3 is designed for performance, with advanced fitness from Fitbit; the 45mm screen is twice as bright and 40% larger than before, making it easier to see your stats and info
Pixel Watch 3 LTE models comes with substantial discounts too.
For instance, the LTE (45mm) version, the model I would suggest for the majority of folks, is currently discounted by a full $175. We anticipate a price reduction from $399 to $224. This is the greatest price it has ever been at, based on my little Amazon pricing history tracker.
You must choose the Polished Silver case with the Porcelain band in order to receive the entire $275 off, but most people shouldn’t have any trouble doing that. The band element can be replaced with something that would suit your style, but the silver case is definitely my favorite.

RGB LED backlighting is the next big thing in TVs; this has been evident since the technology was originally introduced at CES 2025 in January, and all of the major TV manufacturers stated they will support it.
After almost a year, Hisense released the first of these TVs in the US and the UK, and we now know what the upcoming RGB TV lineups from Samsung, LG, TCL, and Hisense will look like. (Sony has only shown prototypes of the TV it plans to release this year; the final model has not yet been disclosed.)
So far, at least, Hisense and TCL refer to the technology as RGB MiniLED, while Samsung and LG name it “Micro RGB.”
Here’s what you need know about the technology underlying RGB TVs, as well as what to anticipate from the major TV manufacturers competing to get these new models on our highly sought-after list of the finest TVs. We’ll learn even more at CES 2026 in January.
What is ‘Micro RGB’ LED?
In order to create the final image you see, regular LED and mini-LED screens shine a bright light of a single color through a grid of color-filtering pixels. These pixels then transform the light into the appropriate colors that each individual pixel needs to display.
The backlight is typically blue (though it can occasionally be white or a combination of two tones), and liquid crystals are used in each pixel to change its color as needed. Another common application for quantum dots is color modification.
As the names imply, the only distinction between LED and mini-LED is the size of the LED lights that shine through the pixels. Smaller LEDs allow you to use more of them, producing colors that are brighter and more evenly illuminated. They also make it easier to selectively dim specific regions of the light, which helps to improve the contrast between the light and dark portions of the image.
RGB LED TVs function similarly to other mini-LED TVs in that a grid of color-changing pixels is illuminated by a layer of small lights, but the LEDs aren’t simply one hue. Even before the light reaches the color-filtering pixels, each mini-LED may mix its red, green, and blue components—thus the name—to shine in essentially the correct color for that area of the screen.
After then, the pixels continue to filter the colors to the exact final hue, although they are performing a lot less work than they were in the previous generation of mini-LED technology.
What advantages does this offer? First, it implies that the TV can provide a greater variety of colors. RGB TVs claim to be able to display far more than 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, which is the coloring scheme used for HDR films and television. This means that they will be able to display all that the creators could possibly want you to see. Additionally, they will cover 100% of the BT.2020 color gamut, which is utilized in professional settings.
Additionally, it ought to be more effective than earlier technology. Every time you filter colors, some energy is lost, which lowers brightness. Because quantum dots lose less energy than conventional LCD pixels, this is one of the reasons they are utilized.
However, you lose less energy if you don’t have to filter the colors as much, as is the case with RGB TVs. This implies that new TVs have the potential to be even brighter than existing models or to achieve the same brightness while using less energy.
Additionally, Sony informed me that the technology should aid in bringing mini-LED’s ability to handle sharply contrasted areas even closer to that of OLED. The greatest OLED TVs are adored by consumers since each pixel produces its own light and can be muted to complete blackness, which is just one pixel away from stunning brightness in the on-screen image.
Because LED TVs have a large light shining behind the pixels, light seeps from the bright area into the dark areas, causing gray “halos” where there should be complete darkness, making them difficult to match.
However, as different light wavelengths are absorbed differently, RGB TVs may get closer to the “perfect” contrast of OLEDs when the light shining behind the pixels changes hue, making it less likely to leak.
What are Samsung’s Micro RGB TV plans?
At CES 2025, Samsung showed me a prototype of the first RGB TV I had ever seen and announced that it will release a TV before the year was out. It achieved that goal with plenty of time to spare, releasing a 115-inch RGB model in August. Of course, what’s most intriguing is what will happen next.
It seems that Samsung will introduce a number of Micro RGB models targeted at various price points: the MR85H will be the least expensive, the MR95H will be the highest-end, and the MR90H will be premium but not as premium. How reasonably priced, you wonder? When I originally viewed the Samsung prototype, the firm informed me that the technology shouldn’t be significantly more expensive to produce than existing mini-LED technology, but we still don’t know and probably won’t until spring 2026. However, I wouldn’t be shocked if the initial models were priced similarly to Samsung’s most expensive mini-LED TVs right now.
Samsung claims that the TVs will use a new Micro RGB AI Engine Pro image processor to maximize the technology and will cover 100% of the BT.2020 color range.
Notably, Samsung’s Glare Free screen coating—a matte surface on the screen that reduces reflected reflections to a light haze to eliminate distractions in bright rooms—will make at least some of its TVs stand out. This year, we really enjoyed this on the Samsung S95F OLED TV.
Mini-LED TVs you can buy
While Mini-LED RGB technology is still evolving, several manufacturers already offer TVs that use Mini-LED backlighting with advanced local dimming and wide color control, delivering significantly higher brightness, contrast, and color accuracy than traditional LED-LCD panels.
Here are some notable Mini-LED TVs worth considering:

Although Bose is well-known for its superior active noise cancellation in both headphones and earbuds, the Bose Ultra Open earbuds lack active noise cancellation despite being incredibly affordable. If these earphones were still at full price, they would normally cost you $299.99, but that isn’t the case right now. They are presently on sale at Amazon for $199.99, a 33% discount. However, it should be noted that this discount is limited to two colors. Although the colors are on sale, the price has dropped from $199.99 to $229.99.

It’s time to simplify if you continue to carry around numerous chargers for your gadgets. The Anker 523 Charger (Nano 3), which was previously priced at $29.99, is currently on sale for just $19.99. That’s a good 33% off one of the most adaptable chargers available.

This little powerhouse is about the same size as the original 20W charger, but it has 47W of charging capacity. The distinction? There are two USB-C connectors instead of just one, and the power is more than doubled. It is also included in our list of the best USB-C chargers.
You can charge your phone and tablet at the same time thanks to the two high-speed USB-C connections, which provide 27W and 20W, respectively. Do you need to power just one gadget? Anker also didn’t compromise on security. The charger’s ActiveShield 2.0 technology keeps your gadgets safe throughout each charge cycle by monitoring temperature more than 3 million times a day.
This charger’s foldable plug design makes it very portable. Don’t worry about prongs catching on anything when you toss it in your bag. It works with almost anything that charges over USB-C, including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy smartphones, Pixels, and iPads.

One of the greatest smartwatches of the year is the Google Pixel Watch 4, which is particularly beneficial for owners of Pixel smartphones—especially during sales like the current one. Currently available for $299.98, the 41mm Bluetooth/WiFi version of this watch would normally cost $349.99. This is both the lowest price on Amazon in the last 30 days and the lowest price ever. In actuality, it is one cent less than it was a few weeks ago. Savings!

Google hasn’t altered the Pixel Watch 4’s ever-elegant design, which is what makes it so great. With the exception of the magnetic charging pins on the side of the watch casing rather than the bottom, the watch resembles the previous three models, which is ideal because those models look fantastic. If you don’t wear the watch to bed, you may use it as an alarm clock thanks to the new magnetic charging pins on the side.
The Pixel Watch 4 also boasts a 30-hour battery life. That’s more than enough to get you through the day, but if you don’t wear the watch all day, the battery might last you a few days or longer. The Gemini Raise-To-Talk functionality is one incredibly useful feature that you will adore. Once this is enabled, you may ask Gemini anything by simply raising your wrist to communicate with it. It’s quite handy for asking a straightforward query or receiving directions.

Are you looking for a flagship that is affordable? With its powerful performance, long-lasting battery life, and premium construction, Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE is one of the most affordable upgrades.
Samsung’s low-cost Galaxy S25 is still available for $499, down from $649, if you’re searching for a tech present for yourself or someone else, especially a new smartphone. At Amazon and Best Buy, that is the second-best deal.
The 256 GB option is also included in the sale, however this only applies to the base model with 128 GB of storage. Right now, it sells for $559, which is $150 less than the typical $709. Jet Black, Navy, White, and Icy Blue hues are offered for both versions.

A new model in Samsung’s Fan Edition lineup is the Galaxy S25 FE (hands-on). It is a more reasonably priced variant of the normal Galaxy S25, with certain premium features removed. Nevertheless, because of its exceptional value for money, it continues to be one of the greatest low-cost flagships and is frequently regarded as a flagship killer.
In September, Samsung released the Galaxy S25 FE. With a high-end construction akin to the more expensive versions, the gadget is a good replacement for the Fan Edition from the previous year. It is now easier to hold with one hand because it is thinner and lighter than previously. Additionally, it has an IP68 classification for water and dust resistance, providing total ingress protection.
The phone’s 6.7-inch AMOLED screen has a maximum brightness of 1,900 nits. It is still among the top panels, despite not being as bright as the Galaxy S25. For crisper video calls, a new 12 MP front-facing camera is positioned in a notch. A well-known 50 MP camera is accompanied on the rear by a 12 MP ultrawide and an 8 MP telephoto. In daylight, this adaptable configuration produces crisp images with realistic colors.
The new Exynos 2400 has a somewhat quicker inside than the Exynos 2400e from the previous year. Even though it lags behind flagship mobile CPUs, it can handle demanding games and perform daily duties with ease and more than enough power.
Additionally, Samsung raised the battery’s capacity to 4,900 mAh. The gadget has a long battery life—more than a day. Additionally, charging is considerably quicker—it takes less than an hour to replenish at 45 watts. Included is wireless charging, which is uncommon at this price point.
